Hey guys, I'm trying to do a wiRe tuck on my 2.8 and I came across the vacuum gig here on the coil bracket. What does it do and can it go away?

Well that looks like you EGR Solenoid. From the way I'm looking at it, that little tube is the vent for solenoid. Is you EGR still in play on it?

EGR solenoid vacuum sensor switch. Cannot be deleted or you WILL have a code 32 all the time. And do put a vacuum hose on it again... Preferably T'd into the line running between the solenoid and the EGR valve...

I figured that out, I was having an EGR issue and after replacing the valve and fixing the hose is fixed it. Thanks
