Redirecting Intake

Bought a new fiberglass hood, weighs nothing looks great

but wont fit because of the original intake that goes to the front.

Have any of you guys redirected your intake?

Any pictures?

Did it mess with the performance of the car at all?

Re: Redirecting Intake

I'm assuming you have the dual snorkel intake. You can get the canister style that the 3.1 had or some aftermarket set up similar to it with a cone filter on the end. Some on here have done that before as well.
