Okay, first what is your budget. For the price of a chip you would be better off getting the cam. You would get more power and be happier and faster.

If you have to waste your money on a chip before the cam get a fastchip from www.fastchip.com. Please get the cam before the chip...

For exhaust Dynomax makes the best priced cat back and catco makes the best price high flow converter for our cars.

Hold off on pulleys, chips and that crap until you havea nice cat back, high flow converter, Crane 2030 Cam, 1.52 Roller Tip Rockers, Doublle Roller Chain, K&N setup, MSD 6a, MSD Coil....

Get the CAM FIRST!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm with Brian... you have a few other things to take care of before you move to a mass-produced "not worth much" $120 chip. Aside from the major tuneup, you can upgrade your ignition (distributor rebuild!), do transmission upgrades, swap rear axles for a better gear ratio, make a homemade cold air/ram air intake, get power pullies (since you have a serpentine belt drive), do some free/cheap mods (thermostat, TB coolant bypass, advance timing, I know there's others I'm forgetting; help..?), roller tip rockers, Cloyes true dual roller timing chain, etc.

If your going to buy a chip, look into a used one so that way you don't throw 120-150 away. Use will run $50-75.

Yes you will feel a cam, and once you feel the new can and roller rocker difference then install the Chip, then you will see your money go to good use.

I would say get this first prepare your car for the new cam, roller rockers and chip.
