I don't think they make them for our cars .I have never seen one anyway .Our cars are just not made to push things .Better pull out your big truck or S.U.V. if you wanna push something ! I know most of our bumpers are that hard plastic material whatever you call that material , Thats just not made for pushing for one thing .

If u really wanted one, youd have to rig one up and have it welded to the lower front part of the frame. Its gonna take some craftsmanship. I'd imagine though it would put lots of stress on our unibody style chassis if it ever came down to using it. Why do you want one anyway?

since camaro bumpers are plastic, you'd have to get one that could weld to the frame, and shape it to come from underneath the bumper and up front.

If you get that put on ur car, let me know where u live so i can come and smack u! But in seriousness.. why? They will totally make ur car look like crap and detract from the value of it as well.

We have a steel bumper behind the urethane cover... you could cut holes in the urethane to get to the steel bumper behind it, and mount the bar to the steel bumper.

I always wanted to take an early 90's Caprice and do it up like a cop car.. put a floodlight thru the windshield pillar, put the stripes on the side, make a cage behind the driver's seat, get the dogdish hubcaps on black wheels- and put a hell of a 350 in it, with wide rear tires, loud exhaust, put a rollcage in it...

I take it that no one here has looked closely at a 96-ish caprice copcar? They cut holes in the front bumper and weld 1/2" thick steel standoffs to the frame/front impact bumper, then the pushbar bolts to the standoffs.

Even so, it'd look red-neck, unless it was painted black and white... Even then you'd probably be looking at legal issues.

Oh no, he's gone Ford! Did you go to Cruiser's, Graeme, w/ ur bird? Did you notice that the GM drivers fit a totally different profile than the Ford guys? That's still cool man... as long as you didn't go rice! Hey I get my license @ the end of February, maybe one of these Fridays we can hang out @ Cruiser's.

So it will be cold!
Should I bring the 74 Corvette or the 68 Camaro?
I want to see your Mustang!
Good Purchase?

Yea, for the condition of the car and everything, it was great purchase for 1900 bucks! I sunk the extra 500 right into it with the msd 6al and wires and paying my full year of car insurance. I took the firebird to cruisers many times! I will take the stang to cruisers on fri, from about 7:15-8:00 after that, its partying time... Karl, bring the 68!
