Me and 89 RS messed around today and got a line on the drill press that produces flanges!. Now tomarrow we are getting back at it and gonna make 12 flanges and start bending the tube up and then I have to wait untill the collectors arrive to finish them off. By Tuesday we should have a set ready for the collectors and have pics of them sitting on the dummy block for all to see!.

My 1 1/2" hole cut saw blade crapped out after 4 holes (piece of junk from Lowes) I ordered one that should go through 100 holes (So said the guy) he has used the same bit before to drill out 75 holes in 1/2 plate steel and he said it still cut great! I am doing less then half that thickness 3/16". Anyway should be here tomarrow afternoon VIA UPS...
