And you're absolutely right about still being 5 spoke. But I'm sure you knew I was speaking about the typical 5 spoke designs like most of the ones in this thread. Just straight spokes with some kind of grooves in them.

So next I'll be fixing a couple problems with the engine this weekend then the body work will get done about a month from now.

american racing has 85-87 Irocs in chrome. You have to get them machined and painted to look stock again. There is somewhere you can order them raw aluminum though. I don't know where.

i say theres nothing better looking than the iroc replica rims by american racing... i have got nothing but positive feedback at every show for them... not to mention if you wanna shop with a budget you can get all four mounted balanced and delivered for under $1100 CANT BEAT THAT.

mine are nomal camaro wheels, with an s-10 center caps...they came with the car when i bought it. Just thought is share.

I LOVE ROH ZS racing rims

 

When I first searched through this site, I saw the burt reynolds car with awesome rims on it. They were like my stock ones but with circles integrated within the crosses(a lot more shiny though). Anyone know which ones I'm talking about? Im not sure how they would look on my trans am but tey were awesome.

 

Has anyone seen a 3rd Gen or 4th Gen with the 1978 to 1982 C3 Vette Wheels? They were slotted like the rally wheels but deep dish. I thought I saw a picture of a car on this site with them but I can't find it for the life of me.

 

wow - there are some fantastic looking rims on this thread. i'm rolling the american racing ar23's on mine. they were on there when i got her, i've never even seen my stock rims.

Do you have problems with the tires rubbing when turning? I would imagine you do. My tires already rub with the 245/40/16. My 87 vette had the 275/40/17 on all 4's.

 

nah, with the right offset. 275/40/17s won't rub a bit. atleast they don't on mine. but stock did rub.

I'm getting 17" Iroc Replicas with a 245/45 tire once my car is out of paint. IMO its a good resto/mod look, kinda what my car is.

Hey man FlyingLow's 89 GTA is by far the sickest firebird i've ever seen. EVER. the reason i like it so much is the clean, sleek look. and those wheels, man, just complete the package. once again, killer ride and keep it safe!!!
