Never heard of these in my life. Just ran them through Yahoo and got 5 hits, 2 of which were to thirdgen.org. 5 hits is also one of the fewest hits I've ever had on a search engine in my life. I can only imagine that tires as well know as this are probably produced in the likes of Romania for donkey carts made of old cars. I would stay well clear.

Re: HANNOKS Tires??
hannoks are relatively new and they are a good tire, alot of ppl havent used them bc ppl tend to stick to name brand....Nitto, BF,toyo blah blah ya kno. hannok tires are sorta like continentals and my cousin who designs the treads for these tires says that their comin out on alot of new production cars like the new crysler 300 etc. i wouldnt get them if u dont want to personally i have nitto ZR 555's on my SLPs and im very happy i molest mercedes AMG's and BMW's in the turns. get watever u feel more secure wit and $ of course.

Re: HANNOKS Tires??
Well said Jim. I have had Hankook Ventus H101s on my car for about 3-4 years now. They are good tires. They seem to hook up decently( I know I only have a V6 but I can barely squeal the tires mashing the gas). They don't seem to wear easily, and they seam to tread water well. But depending on what you use them for, your probably better off getting BFG, and Nittos. Just my

Re: HANNOKS Tires??
I bought a set of performance 235 55 -16's for my formula ( cost me 480 bucks) and i bought them at near cost for the shop and did my own mount and balance so that was free and so far i've been very happy with them.. they ride smooth and hook up decent ( healthy 355 kinda hard to keep rubber on the tire ).. so yes over all they are good tires.. and they do come as stock tires on lots of american trucks like fords and some dodge. My snap-on guy likes the hankooks a 100 times better over the good years on his large tool truck..

Re: HANNOKS Tires??
Hankooks came stock on my commuter car, 04 Hyundai. Like the car, the tires are made in Korea. In fact, the work "hankook" translates as "Korean people" or something like that. I was stationed there in the '80s and actually drove by one of their plants.
