Wheel opinions.
Ok here's my deal. I got a pretty stock '92 base Bird, 305 w/ gfx. I'm looking for new wheels, but always on the penny. So I work for a lexus dealer, and I have the chance to get a set of wheels for dirt cheep. But I have 2 options.
first is from a 01-05 IS300, 17x7 5 spoke. The seconds are from a 06-09 IS350, split 5 spoke 18x8 fronts, 18x8.5 rear. I cant make up my mind which would look better. Obviously getting spacer/adapters from Skulte to make it all work.
pics below....... thanx for any advice!

Re: Wheel opinions.
How cheap are you talking? Give us prices and maybe yout options will widen.
I got my gunmetal ZR1s for $389 brand new. Give us a little more info. I bet people can help you find something a little more muscle than a Lexus wheel.

Re: Wheel opinions.
Oh i would love to have some ZR1 wheels, or other newer vette wheels, but try 5 BUCKS a rim!!!! for the lexus wheels, (so cheep because there take-offs from vehicles that got wheel upgrades)and for 300+shipping i can get my spacers, so not including tires, i can get 4 rims, and my spacers for less than you paid for 1 wheel. if they both were 17's, or both 18's i buy both sets, but i dont want 2 sets of tires.

Re: Wheel opinions.
Yep those look like the EBAY pics when I bought mine. DOT certified. So if they pass the DOT test then the rims are fine. I mean they are not powder coated with the gunmetal. It is just paint, but for 398 who cares. I have had them for about 3 years now and they are still MINT. Get comliments at every car show I go to.
