Anyone have any pics of this setup? Im wondering if they stick out at all. Seems like moving the wheels out 1" on each side would put them just about flush with the rear fenders.

The LS1 rear is a bit narrower than the LT1 rear, but still wider than the 3rd gen rear. So a LS1 will give you a better fit plus bigger brakes....LT1 rears have the same size discs as the 89-92 3rd gen rears. So go LS1 rear, not LT1.

I like my stock Iroc wheels too much so no 4th gen axle for me.

 

I have the 4th gen LS1 rear and stock 16 3rd gen wheels - they do come out to the lip, but not past. Most folks tell me it looks nice even though they can see the difference. The rear LS1 discs are great, and it's an inexpensive easy way to get posi, gears, and rear disc - but it's not for everyone.
