Threaded Lug Nut Covers

Hey Everyone,
I am finishing up polishing and repainting my GTA wheels. I bought new black center caps and lug nut covers. The lug nut covers have threads on them? I thought the covers could just push on the lug nuts but apparently there are lug nuts with threads on the outside that the covers screw on? If this is the case let me know where I can get some of these "special lug nuts".
Thanks

the original stock lug nuts have the threads in the outside. there is nothing special about them.

you could always just use black lugnuts and forget the cheesy plastic screw on covers.

Here you go, though I'd say you can find them cheaper:

Some cars yes, others had glued push on caps. My Camaro had these. I bought a NOS set on ebay. Then when the caps fell off again, I wised up and replaced them with McGard black coated lug nuts. They look much better and should last much longer too.
