18x10.5 rear wheel?
I think I have decided I want the C6 Z06 Deep dish wheel in chrome all the way around on my car. I am curious as if the 10.5" wheels will fit in the back with spacers or not, and I want them at least flush with the body.. I would do some banging with the BFH in the back if needed. Thanks!

I'm also curious on this same subject. I've been drooling over C5 Deep Dish rims lately and would also like to go 18x10.5 on the rears. I've seen them on third gens before but don't know if those people have done extensive modification to get them to not rub. I've even seen them on a car with Eibach Sportline lowering springs and his was not rubbing either with a 285/35/18 tire. Looks absolutely sick on our cars!

The only way a 4th gen or Vette wheel will fit without adapters, is to use a 4th gen rear end. Then they'll fit without them.

2 inch adapters will get you around the offset difference of a Vette or a 4th gen if you don't have a 4th gen rear end.

It'll bolt right up, with the correct sized adapter, no wheel well mod needed.

So with 2" spacers all around it will fit nice and sit flush or even a bit tucked under the wells? Thanks!

Check out this thread https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/whee...06-wheels.html
Almost all the way down towards the bottom there is a cyber grey metallic Iroc with this wheel and tire setup. He's got his car slammed with sportlines and apparently they do not rub. He's running 285/35/18 in the rear and 265/40/18 in the front.

Re: 18x10.5 rear wheel?
What is the backspacing of these "deep dish" wheels? Until we know the actual bs of those wheels, we can't realy say what spacer to recommend. Perhaps the guy with the gray IROC in the above post can, if he has the same wheels.
But I'd prefer measuring the wheels I actually have or am getting, before spending $ on spacers. I know these aren't the wheels your talking about, but it does serve to show that there are 2 different types of the "same" wheel.
Corvette ZR1 style (Low Offset) 17x9.5 38mm 6.7" 2"
Corvette ZR1 style (Low Offset) 17x11 36.5mm 7.397" 1.25"
Rear Corvette ZR1 style (High Offset) 17x9.5 56mm 7.4" 2.25"
Corvette ZR1 style (High Offset) 17x11 50mm 7.93" 2" Rear
According to the same chart, I do see a 18"x10.5" Z06 wheel listed:
C5 Corvette Z06 18x10.5 rear 58mm 7.9" 2" Rear
