Are they aftermarket or did they have a 17'' rim option?

Only aftermarket, only 17x8. If that other person believes they're 9s, then either the measurement was done wrong, or the advertisement was wrong, or there's a new source I can't find.

You're right, I measured them wrong. They are 8" I measured outside to outside not the bead location. Sorry, but the important part was 17" if I remember correctly "Senior Member."

Where the heck did that come up? Post count has nothing to do with the real world. The most important things are getting the facts straight, and being civil. I didn't attack you. In fact, I listed 3 possibilities.
Thanks for confirming that yours are 8s.
Peace.

Re: 17" IROC rims?

From what I've seen many companies have discontinued the 17" Irocs. Which is extremely annoying because they seem to be the most demanded. If you're lucky they sometimes they pop up on ebay. Unless someone has found a site I haven't.

Re: 17" IROC rims?

They don't sell well, because those 8s were always priced much higher than other styles of 17x9" that will fit our cars.
What I want is a 17x9.5 IROC, in the '85-'87 style, for <$150 each, delivered, even if they must be cast and machined in China.
