315 tire

hey do you know if i could fit a 315 wide tire in the back? no tub? without it sticking out much. let me know what i would need to do and sizes. i want a 315 that sticks out just a little bit. but dont really want to tub

I have 315's on my vette... NO way will they go on the Fbody with out sticking out

Yep. With the right bs on the wheel, some cutting off of the bumptious, trimming to the front of the fenderwell & liberal use of the BFH, they'll fit quite well.

If you do a Search here on TGO, you'll find threads by people that have done just that.

315 Hoosier A6's on the back of my car on 17X11 CCWs (have also had 315 Kumho V710s on 17X12s). The fender lips have been rolled, the tires barely rub on lower control arms and inner part of the fender. BUT they don't rub at all during normal driving on the street.

This has been answered so many times, its like no one wants to search for simple information anymore

yes they will fit with no problems, just some fender massaging, inner well hammering, it will clear and not stick out. I got 295's on my car just fine with room to spare. 315's would fit easy

yeah they fit PERFECT we have to roll & trim
again they will not fit with out messin around

Its not like doin a little well work is a problem tho. They fit with such minimal effort. Dont really need to roll lips, just inner front work to keep from rubbing
