I'm in sales and travel almost every day in and around Chicago. I've been through alot of neighborhoods, White, Black, Hispanic, Polish etc.
This is the first I have ever seen these.
They stuck out at least 8" like a Roman Chariot.

Those are "84's". Correct me if I'm wrong but its an 84 only cadillac wheel. Those are replicas with extra poke. Its a Texas thing and I'm not hatin.

but i guess also, there not the typical spokes you might find on those cars so, some props to that guys thoughts.
