So I thought I would share with you guys the new rims that I got for my firebird. I gotta say that I'm liking the look of the rims on my car. Here are some quick pics that I took with my phone.

I like those rims a lot. This is the first time I've seen them on a 3rd gen., and I think they look very nice. Good choice!

I'm curious why you went with the 8" width, there is a 9" available...

I didn't want to worry about clearance issue and the tires sticking out to much, but I'm happy with the 8".

Re: Hurst Dazzlers 17X8 Black

Would the original center caps for an 89 GTA be able to replace the Hurst center caps? I'm thinking about buying a set of these wheels.

Re: Hurst Dazzlers 17X8 Black

Beautiful! Perfect! Angular, sharp lines, a modern-ish take on an old style; what a perfect embodiment of third gens in general! How many inches lowered is your rear end though?
Also, is this just the 4" backspacing for both front and rear? no fitment problems from this?

Re: Hurst Dazzlers 17X8 Black

The wheels have a backspacing of 4.45" and I have no fitment problems with it. The car is at stock height if the rear looks little lower it might be because of the sub box. I really do like the look of the wheels on my car.

Those wheels look better on the car than in catalog photos.

Nice wheels!
