Anyone running the Weld RTS series wheels? Do the supplied center caps fit over the dust cover on the front hubs?

 

No..they do not fit over them. you have to ask for the larger/taller caps.
I don't recall the cost of the taller caps.i have a set of brand new caps. that fit. ill sell them for $10 less then summit sells them for.
they are weld wheels caps for the RTS wheels and still in boxes..new and fit over the stock front hubs..

Anyway, Do the caps you have look just like the OEM Weld caps? Are they black?

 

this is what they look like..but in silver lettering. this is another set with gold lettering
this is the same cap what comes with the wheels. just taller..
the wheel below is the aluma star 2.0 but the fit is the same as the RTS to clear the front hub.
if you want black..summit sales.. just remember ya need the taller caps.

You got the original ones to work of the bigger ones? I didnt even bother trying the fitment of the original ones. I just assumed they wouldnt fit based off of the article for Project Respect.

 

Yep, after I got my new center caps, lol.

 

Return them if you can. No point in wasting $40
