Center rings question

Center rings question
Hey all. So I bought 18" jnc026 black rims. I figured out the spacer/adapters I am using. So now I need the know the best center rings to get. The birds hub is 70mm. The spacers are 74mm and the rims are 73.1mm. do I need rings for the spacers and the rims? Either way what size or sizes should I get please? Thanks!

I have researched this to no avail. I have even asked the guy I bought the rims from and a guy who sells the spacers I need. No one is responding. Can anyone please advise? thanks!
