C7 Wheels on 91 Z28 Camaro
Could use some help. Looking for information dealing with installing a set of stock C7 wheels and tires on my stock 91 Z28 Camaro. Looking at a set of C7 wheels and tires that are like new 10K on them for 1K. TIA

Which C7 wheels? Base, or Z06/ZR1? Base wheels will fit with spacers (search). Z06/ZR1 wheels will stick out past the fenders in the rear.

Offset LCA's do clear but I have no room around the panhard rod mount
View from the top. Tire is resting against the panhard mount on the inside.
Side view (its sticking out more than the photo shows)
Mocking up the Cup 2 tire
Deep tub.

Very informative. With the tub they don't stick out too far IMO on the outside, but I can see how the inside would be a concern. Thanks for saving me a lot of grief, time, and money. I asked because I had considered going to 19" on all four corners on my C7Z, and was thinking it would be worth it if I could put my C7Z wheels on my 91' Z28. I have been holding out for the Hawks 18" wheels to become available. I will just wait out the Hawks wheels.
Thanks again!

Take a look at Cray wheels. That is what I am going to run. They are tailored to the vette folks but can obviously be made to fit 3rd gens. They are a cast wheel but aren't that expensive.

What size 18"s and backspacing would you recommend on a non tubbed car? Staggered is ok too.

Re: C7 Wheels on 91 Z28 Camaro
The normal wheel sizing rules apply and a few factors have to be considered (quick search on here will yield a ton of results). Do you have a stock rear end, 4th gen, or aftermarket? 3rd gens came with zero backspacing on the front so depending on how wide you go you will need on average a 2" adapter (for vette offset). Same for the rear unless you are using a 4th gen rear, than a smaller adapter is required.
I currently have a 4th gen rear which means I am using a 3/4" spacer (I think) and a 69mm offset on a 19x10.5 wheel. For the front I will be starting with a 2" spacer on a 50mm offset on a 19x9. I say start because I am running C6 Z06 brakes which reduce the adapter size a bit. I won't know for sure until I get the fenders on the car.
