275/60r15 wheels with a 4th gen rear end?

Hey, I was wondering what backspacing wheels would it take to make this tire size work? I've read forums and this seems like a common rear tire size, however, I swapped in a 94 Camaro rear end and it's like 4 inches wider. Has anyone swapped rears from a 4th gen and ran 275/60r15s?

Thanks, Sean

I would agree that the quick math on a 4th gen rear is 4" wider, though I don't have the exact measurement. But using 4" inches...figure obviously 2" on each side, soooo each wheel would need approximately 2" more offset, which converted to mm, is about 50mm. That's what you'd be looking for, for the wheel to fit like stock.

Yeah, I currently have a set of GTA wheels on it, and the tire is just barely sticking past the lip. Personally, I kinda like the look. But ill go out there and just take some measurements and figure it out

Its been a fat minute since Ive been able to get back on here. But I was planning on 15x8s all around. Im pretty sure if I go 5in back spacing ill be fine. However, I have forever been in love with torque thrusts and I want a set bad. I can only find reasonably priced ones with 4.5 backspacing. The wheels now are 4.75. Im thinking a quarter inch wont be too bad, but I don't know

15x10 7.25-7.5” bs is right for that tire with a 4th gen rear
