Advice for street/strip tire on stock gta wheels?

Hy guys Im gearing up to buy a new set of tires and get as much traction as a can especially on the track. My car is lowered 2 inches with eibach springs and bilstein shocks, I do have lcab's set parallel to the ground. My car has a s60 rear built to 3rdgen specs using lt1 rear brakes so im not sure if i can drop to a 15 inch rim and get dedicated slicks. The car is also manual and making 800whp. Its not easy to put power down and hook. For the street Im running toyo r888r 245/50/16 upfront and 255/50/16 in the rear. They work great on the street for handling and hookup ok on the highway. I have another set of rear gta wheels i can use for some race nights and track use. Previously I had et streets on it and they constantly would spin especially on the rim itself. They hooked well at th track but did not last long at all if driven on the street. Currently I have nittos on there and they worked good on the street but not so great at the track.

Heres my question, with keeping my stock gta wheels and wanting the best traction more for the track with a manual car to cut down my 60 ft times..that are dot legal should i do some street action. Which tires do you guys recommend:

Hoosier 17325DR2 255/50/16
Mickey Thompson ET street S/S 255/50/16
Toyo Proxes TQ 172020 255/50/16
Nitto NT555RII 245/50/16
Nitto NT01 245/50/16

If there are any other suggestions then let me know.
