FINALLY done sanding and preppeing for Eastwood epoxy primer. I use acid etch to get the welds yeady and a surface prep tool for the flat parts.

Door taken completly apart. Brown stuff is left over tack from the sound deadening I had on there. Only thing left to take off is the hige parts for the rebuild kits.

Can see the layers here. Thicker coat of filler than I was expecting. Think once the welding is done, the entire door will need a skim coat and a lot of blocking to get it smooth.

I went down deep enough to remove all the paint and primer. I figured the last bits of bondo don't matter since I will be addikg back to it soon enough.
