Turning parking lights into DRL's

has anyone done this either by wiring extra stuff or buying an aftermarket product?? i'd like to have the high beam filament of the parking lights on during the day while still making the turn signals work, like the new GM cars have. then at night the lights would work like normal. i looked at the wiring diagram for my car and it looks like its not possible to do it yourself. i tried a product from webelectrics but for some reason it never worked right. ended up sending 'em back. if anyone knows a way to do this or another company that may sell this kinda product, lemme know. thanks.

Click on the link above (or SC Z!!!) in my sig, then on Switches. Mine work exactly the same as the new GM vehicles with parking lamp DRL's. If you'd like schematics, please e-mail me.

that's the same site where i ordered DRL kits from. i tried 2 different modules, neither one worked right for some reason. i checked the wiring and connections over and over, but just ended up sending both back.

Mine have worked for over three years with no problems. It's about $5 worth of parts. Some soldering experience and you're there!
