Custom True Dual Exhauts w/ Headers...

This is the setup that Ive had on my car for about a year, Id liek to sell it if anyone is interested, it is the edelbrock nickel chrome plated headers w/air tubes, and from there it is true dual 2.25" exhaust all the way back, Not mandrel bent, not stainless steel, but it does have an awesome tone to it! The mufflers at the rear are flowmaster 42540 2.5" in and out.... make me an offer, it clears subframes and framerails (off of an 88 Convertible) ... I have a couple more pics if you are interested, and if anyone has any comments =) Reason for sale, going sleeper =) hope this works, but if it doesnt, email me =)

CC = Cat Converter?

there are no cats on this system, its strictly not for emissions testing thats forsure.... and I think it would work on Carb motors as long as they have the air pump

Or you could just cap the AIR tubes on the headers and not have to worry about the smog pump and all.

Did you make that setup yourself? How you get the pipes to bend?

So those headers would work on my 89 5.0L TPI motor legally. Were they built for a TPI motor, if so how much for the headers?

$200 US, and yes they will work perfectly, I will include an extra set of extension pipes that hook up to a dual cat setup so you will have to manufacture a y-pipe if you have single exhaust.

That's a good deal. The best I can find around here is Arlington Motorsports Racing's setup: true duals with Dr. Gas X-pipe, turndowns before the rear axle for $450-$550, depending on what headers you have. Not really trying to pimp AMS. I just wish I had had them do my exhaust. Now I have to fab it. I'm sure I'll be proud of it if I can make it look nice, but I've spent $450 just on pipes and welding supplies. Oh well, I didn't find out about AMS's deal untill a few weeks ago.
