For your own digital pictures click the browse button and find where you have your picture in your system and double click it or click open.
If you want to post a link to a picture or anything else on the internet, right click your screen anywhere with the picture pulled up, left click properties, highlight the address, right click and then left click copy, then when replying right click in you message and the left click paste. If you don't have any image editing programs (or you don't know how to use them), let me know and I'll help you out.

How do you post more than one pic in a message?? I have microsoft photo editor. I went to properties and changed the quality of the pic but its still 122xxx bytes. Originally it was 366xxx bytes at true color 24 bit but I changed it to 256 color 8 bit but its still too big. The other digital pics I have will reduce to 7xxx when I do this but not the ones they took of my engine with their digital camera. Thanks for helping
