When 2 have the SW Gathering

Alright! We now know Where the event is to be held, now we need to decide when.

These dates were taken straight of SIR's web site as being the only available dates for Friday night Test n Tune.

As the earliest dates would be 3 weeks away (as of the posting date) voting ends March 2.

I just voted for the 4th cuz it's closer but it really doesn't matter at all to me when it is.

OMG! Dirk posted and said that he will be there! I am shocked! Good to know that you will be there. I will be there whenever it is, too. Are we still on for Saturday, Dirk?

CG, do you need anything done in Tucson? Let me know as I would be willing to do some stuff for this. Thomas

My boss strongly recommends a trip from Tucson to Globe. Says there are a fair amount of twisties and then we could meet in Globe for a group photo.

Sound good?

And what, no clear winner on the date!? When are we going to have this!

that sounds like a good idea, but damn gas is like 2.00 a gallon and i make 5.40 an hour lol, for every hour i work i can nuy about 2 .5 gallons of petrol lol.. ok i gotta figure out how much im gonna need for this...its about 100miles to tuscon, on the freeway i get about 12-15mpg w/ a 16 gallon tank and go with the cheap gas that say 1.70...so say 25$ per tank of gas, and roughly one tank of gas to get to tuscon..figure all the driving up and im gonna need at least 100$ for gas, 10 or whatever it is to race at sir, 50 for a hotel, and 50 for food and other misc stuff...i know its not that much but im gonna need roughly 250$ and my average check is around 150...5.40/hr at dominos, part time...im still working on getting my car back together, damn i wish i hadnt of figured this up, i dunno if im gonna be able to make it, unless my grandma wants to give me some money or something i think im gonna be short...dammit why couldnt it have been at firebird?

There's plenty of twisties on the way up Mount Lemmon, which is a lot closer. And scenic. And *right* next to my place.

I like the MT Lemon idea, as long as it's open and it's not snowing. Again!
