Sounds cool to me, might not match but it would be original. If you do send me some pictures, sure do love hugger orange with white stripes

I've seen a few hugger orange camaros, and didn't like any of them. The color just doesn't work on thirdgens.
And red guts with orange paint? Nasty.

yes yes yes get orange. i have red interior also and was going to paint the body orange despite the interior. i mean, how many people are you actually going to show the entire car too? 99.9999% will only see the exterior, which will look badass. but i think you should go w/ black stripes. below's a pic of a guys camaro on ebay (I think he's a member on here actually, i've seen pics of his car on here before).
oh, and btw, you should see super troopers whether you want to see the camaro or not:sillylol:

I thought that car on ebay was red, its just the pics make it look orange.
Anyway, I think hugger orange with red interior would look ugly. It would look great with black interior.
Make sure it gets painted right though (door jambs, under the decklid and moldings, engine bay).

Nate86.....they're triple chrome plated C5's.....it was something like $1200 for the rims, $4-500 for spacers, and then a good amount on tires also......looks great but a crapload of $$

Hugger orange, good choice, but a bad luck color, lol. I only say that since mine was totalled a few years ago.

Sounds like a great looking color scheme to me. It's also VERY original. The only set-back (to me) would be the red interior. It may look tacky, but there's no telling how it might come out. Let us all know what you're plan is. I'm sure everyone is gonna wanna see it after it's done.

It goes well with orange, although I'm sure it would go well with any other color also.
in the end, the wheels, spacers and tires where like $2100 for all. My car is actually a 2000 Corvette Tourch Red color, but for some reason, some of the pics it looks more orange. Thanks for the praise though. ttyl

I had the red and black interior as well. But I solved that problem with new seats and about 15 yards of sandstone/tan tweed, lol. It looked great. I'm thinking of an orange based color for my Firebird also. Actually the color on "Project Copperhead" on Trucks, "Copperhead Metallic" from PPG. It's just a '00-03 Ford Ranger color with a bit more metallic, tints and pearls added.
