Few parts needed for Camaro

Hello everyone,

I'm rebuilding an 89RS into a 350TPI car and am looking for some odds and ends to bring it all together.

Needed Items:
Things I must have to get car going...

- 89 Prom for 350TPI auto trans (ECM is 165)
- Adjustable fuel pressure regulator
- Possibly some sensors

Wanted Items:

Things I don't need but if the right price comes around I'll take it...
- 91-92 GFX
- 91-92 Wing
- Ram Air Hood
- Coil springs with about a 1.5 drop
- Shocks and struts
- headers

Pm me send up flares what ever you have to but I am determined to get the car running in the next week/week and a half.

Thanks for looking all.

Re: Few parts needed for Camaro

1983sc - What are you looking to get for them shipped to 60115 and also what color are they? not real picky gonna paint them but if they are red I can put them on now instead of storing til the paint job.

-Updated list a bit. thanks for all of the responses everyone. I am building on a tight budget atm. (poor college boy lol) But I am willing to pay a little more for the parts I must have to get the car running as long as they are quality. I'm not looking to go cheap but I don't need $400+ headers....yet

Really really need the 89 prom more than anything atm.

Re: Few parts needed for Camaro

I just got a set of coil springs from an Iroc so I'm set there unless anyone has a set of aftermarkets with about a 1.5 drop.

Not sure how the chip burning works with that moates adapter but I'll start looking into it. Is it possible to delete the smog/air stuff when burning that chip? I don't have any of that setup and it would be easier to delete it than piece it all back together I think. How much would you want for burning the chip?

Re: Few parts needed for Camaro

the adapter is just a piece with a ZIF socket that plugs into the ecm where the stock chip was. It allows for easy installation/removal of chips. I dont think you really have to do much in the chip to remove smog. i'd have to look in the tunerpro menus but i do know you can disable EGR. its easy as making a few changes here and there. Chip burning for mild stuff like that is pretty easy.

It would be easier and cheaper probly just to get a stock chip/memcal and not worry about the adapter stuff like i proposed, but its an option if nothing comes up. I'm sure you can find one. But if not and you go with the adapter, a chip is like 5 bucks nowadays. will be like a dollar to send it out. its cheap.
