I am looking to convert my 1984 light sand gray interior to all black. The headliner and carpet I would like to buy brand new (let me know of any place you know thats cheap and good!), seat belts I have, and center console I can recover myself with black carpet. So EVERYTHING else. Need:

-Both plastics pieces on roof of hatch (under the spoiler & between the rear speakers)

-2 main rear quarter panels WITHOUT shoulder harnesses (85-88 I think are the only years they made those panels true black w/o shoulder harness)

-Plastic in the rear of hatch (Where the light is mounted and hatch comes down into)

-Door sills

-Kick panels

-Rear seat belt covers (Again 85-88, true black and with slots for the belts)

-Maybe door panels (Thinking about recovering them myself, any opinions on that, has anyone tried?)

I will be very picky and will be looking for everything to be very good/great/excellant/etc. condition. So if it's got a lot of marks, no thanks. If someone has all the panels with the carpet on them I would prefer those, but don't mind going down to the all plastic ones.

With that said I will also have a light sand gray interior for sale. No headliner, and I'm gonna have the seat recovered, but pretty much all other colored pieces will be for sale. All my pieces are the ones that come carpeted. They are no longer "show car" condition, but most in pretty good condition. Make some offers, I'll send you pictures as you need them. You live in NY so I don't think the shipping would be too bad. At least not compared to shipping cross country anyway!

I've got all the plastics, a front and rear carpet ( VGC ) , and a couple styles of black door panels. It's going to take a little time to get you some pictures and an idea on the shipping - but I'll get on it.

Your basiclly looking for an 85 interior. It's the only year for 'true" Black with the non-PPD hatch with matching storage cover. ( I understand that some other parts fit other years. ) You said your car has a light in the hatch & that you prefer plastic with carpeting; but does the car have T-Tops ?? How about the roll up hatch shade ?

Yea let me know! Like I said I'm picky and looking for pieces in very good condition! The hatch shade I already have. It's the original one that came with the car when it was new, and it's the one made of leather (not cloth) that's really hard to find, only thing is I think I need to grease it up a bit or something. Squeaks a little bit and doesn't always want to roll up tight, but in PERFECT condition. But definitely interested in the panels so let me know!
