1985 Camaro iroc, L69, 5 Speed. Rare car
1985 Camaro IROC-Z, 305 H.O, t-5 Manuel trans. This is a all original, completely unmolested true iroc. Runs and drivers great. But needs a paint job. It is good condition for being a every summer driver for the past 28 years. The car is LOADED with power seat, windows, locks, mirrors. Rare Lear siegler contour black seats, split folding rear, t tops, over head counsel, Rear wiper, power hatch release, a/c, ETC ETC, only option I don't see is power antenna. I just installed a brand new windshield also, and for anyone wondering why it has 88-90 iroc wheels is because the originals were stolen back in 1992 and they were replaced with these.
HISTORY ON THE CAR-
The cars 8th digit of the vin is a G meaning L69 performance package. Under 2,500 of these cars where produced for 1985, Making it a rare iroc. The car is completely bone stock down to the catalytic converter. Only thing after market is the CD player that was installed back in 1997 by the original owner. The car was a GM Promo/executive car. It was bought by its first owner with 2,400 miles from Hamilton Chevrolet. I have spoke with this gentleman and he stated this information to me, he owned the car up till about a year ago when it was sold to a gentleman as a project for him and his son, they never touched it, and I then bought it for a repaint. For a Michigan car it is not rotted out at all, with little to no rust. The original owner stated to me he never drove it in the winter and was a summer only car.
Asking $3,800 for this Rare IROC Survivor.

I am surprised how nice the steering wheel still is. Those things were the first to rot and get all twisted. The interior as a whole looks really nice for the age. I had an 84 Z28 with that motor and trans. Its no slouch! If it were an 87 or newer with TPI I would be giving you a call. Good luck with the sale!

The leather wrap is gone on the steering wheel.

A little far but there aren't a lot of IROCs in NE
Nice interior, but do you have original seats?
also plz send a VIN to egman1@charter.net
Good car, just needs the usual p&b to look great

someone needs to save this car. it looks as if its been messed with some, has the 88-90 wheels on it, and 82-84 carpet in it. seats are rare too.

Both of my 1985 L-69's have the same carpet, My red one was built in May
1985. I will have to check the build date on this one. Both were built in Norwood. So that may have something to do with it.
