Theres nothin fast about GOFASTPARTS.COM
I ordered a part from them on Sunday. They claim fast parts fast service and fast delivery. They claim two to three days on most orders. I wrote them after 3 days to check on my orders status. After no response, I decided to call them today. After four days the part had still not been shipped. They had no reason for the delay, the part wasnt on back order and the got the order on unday. so in other words.....STAY AWAY FROM GOFASTPARTS.COM. Not to mention that the sheet I printed with my order info says nothing about the $8 handling fee they charge. Which ended up making them more expensive then Summit. Buyer Beware. Anyone else have any experiences with them.

same experience
I ordered a Spintech muffler 2 weeks ago. I waited past the estimated delivery date, called, it hadn't left the warehouse either. The customer service lady was very nice, but now I have another week to wait, at least now I have a tracking number. I definitely wouldn't buy from them again.

Haha slow responses, just like their shipping ... They decided to have Spintech send me one directly yet they still say the muffler is in stock, I'd like to know what is up with that too.

They probably don't have a warehouse. Everything is probably drop shipped from whatever supplier is supplying it. Lots of companies do it since not everyone can be Summit. A few local companies list off their 'hundreds' of suppliers but in actuality they don't stock anything. It's lame but it's standard operating procedure.

Maybe (I really don't want to give them the benefit of the doubt, grr) but their site claims this:
"To give you superior order fill and fastest delivery, GO FAST PARTS.com ships direct to you from over 65 Distribution Centers located strategically across the United States (not just 1 or 2 like our competition.) This allows us to ship the part from the closest distribution facility to you usually in 1 or 2 ship days (Allow 1 day for the order to be processed and shipped.)"
Even so, 2 weeks and they didn't ship it until I called wondering where it was, not a good way to run a business the way I see it.

Think I'll bookmark this post, ask how the muffler is doing in 2009 or so. How did you stumble across this post Sexygrl? LOL.
