ok heres the deal, i have a daytona turbo hood that im going to be putting on my IROC pretty soon, the 4 holes in the sides of the hood are not cut open and i was thinking of filling these in . i did a quick photoshop in the pic below , what do you guys think ?
should i do this mod or not?

I had that hood on my 84Z28, thought it looked better with out the holes, so never cut them in, didnt want to mess up a new hood if I didnt like it. Either find another car that has em cut out, or put pieces of black paper on the hood to "mock" the holes and stand back, LOL.
IMHO I think they look better un-cut, but then again that was with an 84, diff nose and GFX...

I don't like that hood, but I think it would look a lot better if you filled the holes in.

thanks for everones thoughts and opinions,
The hood i have has the recessed area for the holes but they are not cut out, im probably gonna fill them in so that it is more like a cowl hood with louvers (see above pic), i was also thinkin it would look cool to cut out one large rectangle to replace the four holes and put a billet grille in the opening , ill try to photoshop it so you can see what im talkin about better.

Cutting it all out might mess up the structural(sp) integrity of the hood, make sure you re-inforce it if you do go that route, or you might have a pancake hood after a while
