Wiper arms
Has anybody converted their pin wiper arms to a hook / loop type that's found on like....allll modern cars? Well, minus those weird clip on wiper things.
I did this on my S-10 using...ugh..Ford F-150 arms with the hook. The fitment of wiper blades is amazing and it cleans so well because the wiper blade is securely attached to the arm!
Plus I think the pin wiper arms attached to the newer blades look so ugly. And it looks like Trico discontinued their 18-2 blades which looked great but wiped like crap!

Re: Wiper arms
Personally, I don't think the wiper arms look any more dated than the car itself. Plus, they're pretty well hidden compared to modern cars as they tuck down pretty far under the hood/cowl area. Still it'd be a cool mod if you decided to proceed with it. If ya do, post up about what and how you did it.

Re: Wiper arms
What Im thinking is
1. All wiper arms are more less the same width.
2. Its a matter of finding one with the same length / good angles
So im thinking i'll look for one, disassemble one, then insert it into the 3rd gen arm and secure it down.
We will see I guess!!!
