Leaking Radiator

The radiator on my GTA has sprung a leak where the end cap meets the core. Is this fixable? If not could some one please point me in the direction of a good company that will know what exact modle radiator I need because I am finding alot of the companys seem to dissagree with each other as to which one I need.

Specs are: 1989 T/A GTS, 5.7 (code 8), Auto trans, AC, no oil cooler.

Also, the leak is a streamer so I doubt basic sealer will work. Thank you for your help

P.S. Sorry just saw I double posted and cant seem to delete this one.

im sure any Auto Zone or Napa. Might have a good replacement for ya. Does it have plastic end caps with an aluminum core? Or is it an older radiator when they used to know how to build them? I recently found a local radiator guy and had mine cleaned up and cored. Mine is an old school copper radiator. i beleive its copper anyway. I personally would find a radiator specialist instead of an aotu store. price might be a few bucks higher but not usually. good Luck

Re: Leaking Radiator

They are fixable. You have to search around and find a place in your area that sell the tanks and seals. I like the easy sure way route though and just replace it.
And the aluminum one row (one huge row) dissipate heat better than the old brass and copper ones.

That should be it right there. You can use that Vista part number and maybe find one local to you.
