New headlamps wiring question
Without having to get a new wiring harness that runs off the battery, Is there a risk of burning up a 91Z wiring harness with H4 bulbs?
If so, is the H4 bulbs and or HID the only one off limits to original factory wiring?
SYLVANIA H4651 SilverStar are direct replacements as I have read in several threads, but draw 55W, the same as a H4 55 watt bulb....what's the difference, outside of a different pin configuration, where you need to switch 2 of the 3 on the H4?
Thanks!

Re: New headlamps wiring question
Yes, you need to build or buy and install a heavier wiring harness for H4 lighting
Original wiring and switching won't like it and will range from unsteady lighting to possible melting of wiring. Here's a handy article from the how tos section explaining it pretty well
Well worth doing
OOPS wrong link somehow, here's the right one
