Whats your favorite Cat-Back system?
I have had dynomax, flowmaster, and hooker before.
I love the hooker on the worked V8's, but for my V6, I loved the Flowmaster 40 Series. I hollowed the cat and it sounded like a 350 coming down the road

GMMG... way over priced.. but damn cool sound.
you can make one for 1/2 of the cost.. buy it from GMMG and its got a whopping $700 price tag.
the mufflers they use are basically 69 camaro chamber exhaust tubes. you can get them from Stainless Works or Summitracing(who buy them from stainlessworks)
have an exhaust shop weld them up with a few custom bends.. you sould be able to have your own GMMG system for about 300-350$ depending on cost of bending the pipes and installation.

I have always run Flowmasters on my 3rd gens.
I decided to change it up a little and brave MAC exhaust. Best sound I've heard from a 3rd gen. I'll never use anything different now.
Scores 10 out of 10 for me.

I liked my flowmaster on my LG4. I also ran Dynomax 2.5in exhaust pipes off the muffler so it looked stock too.
I'm running hedman LTs/thrush glasspacks now on a 350HO. I'd really love to run a y-pipe into 3in catback and reuse my flow.
Wonder how it'd sound now w/ an extra 200 horses
