Engine: carbed vortec 355
Transmission: upgraded T5
Axle/Gears: 3.42
clutch fork boot and clutch shield needed
i'm in need of the clutch fork boot and the lower bellhousing shield. anyone? thanks!!!

the fork boot can be bought at your local GM dealer . it seems S-10 & Jimmy's are the same . don't know about the shield , you can ask them . good luck .

all my local dealers say the boot is discontinued through GM.

I was looking for the boot as well, and I couldn't find it either... Summit Racing has a boot they say fits (SFT-2196), but it's too tall... found that out after it arrived. o.O HOWEVER, it can be "adjusted" to fit... if you insert the boot from the inside of the bellhousing and leave BOTH flanges inside, and use some RTV Black adhesive to hold it in, it seals nicely... can't help you with the housing shield though.

ok. thanks! i'll keep that in mind. i should have a clutch shield on the way. hopefully it will be here in the next few days.
