We only used these Soldering Systems (5 available) for training/certifying new employees. They have very little use. I am including 1 new, in-package tip with every unit.

This soldering system is far above the normal stuff that you can buy at a retail store. This system uses "Smartheat" technology to control the heat at the tip. You will not have to worry about setting the temperature, its controlled by whatever tip you put into it. Brilliant! Metcal is known throughout the electronics industry as being the highest quality. Not many manufacturers can claim the level of quality that Metcal has. This is what professionals in the electronics industry use. You will not be disappointed.
