Replacement Mirror Button

Does anyone know where to buy a replacement Mirror Button? My rear view mirror feel down the other day. I've searched all over the interior of my car and cannot find the button. I've tried calling and searching everywhere for a replacement but no one seems to sell one. Does anyone know where I could get one? It's a 1986 Camaro IROC Z with the dimming mirror.

Re: Replacement Mirror Button

Is this just the mirror, or one with map lights that you are looking for?

Re: Replacement Mirror Button

Did you look on the mirror base? It should still be clipped in (some have a set screw to keep it sturdy)...

Any glass company should have one, and be able to install it. They usually come pre-installed on the glass.

Trust me, I checked the mirror base. It's gone. I'll call around ask a few of the glass companies.

It's not the one with the map lights but the switch that dims headlights.
