I had my car at a local shop in sinking springs,PA ... last night it happened to get broken into and had the wheels & tires stolen, 4 inch cowl induction fiberglass hood stolen, air cleaner, radio, and was left half on a jack and on the ground. The RS body kit now destroyed thanks to this act. Im asking you guys as to keep a eye out on the websites for my missing parts, they are 18 inch replica corvette wheels and a 4 inch fiberglass with 6 hood pin holes 4 in front and 2 in the back. Thanks a bunch for ur help ill post some picks of the missing stuff soon.

I hope the shop is covering all of your losses. Did they steal from other cars at the shop or just yours? Get a copy of the police report?

yeah the shops insurance company is coming tomorrow to look the car over.. right now i just spent my day running around town trying to find some wheels to get the thing off the ground and looking up prices on stuff... dose anyone know the name of the wheels i had on and what they go for?

Bunch of ******** losers. With the economy and the jobless rate more of this activity is sure to arise. I hope you get your stuff back and the authorities apprehend the scumbags who did this to you.

If there are surrounding businesses by that shop, make sure the police ask to borrow their security tapes. A similar thing happened not too long ago to someone that I know, and luckily there was a convenience store on the corner which got everything on video. Good luck, and I'll be sure to keep my eyes open for ya....

the car was finger printed but nothing was found, and with my luck i checked most of the local stores and only a hess gas station a block down the road has cameras... my biggest worry is the insurance company totaling the car

I dont know if it helps, but keep an eye on craigslist- i have found a lot of "Hot" items on there in the past.

Good luck finding the a-holes! My car was broken into over 6 years ago. I lost 4 days of work total going to court for 1 of them. 1st he ran when they let him out on bail. 2nd time he ran when they let him out on bail. 3rd time the DA was in another court room. 4th time I set in court all day just for them to settle out of court with the DA for parole. They really taught him a lesson all the other times he had been caught too. He was caught drinking and driving w/o a license and then he spent 1 year in jail. 26 years old robbing people from the age of 16. He should have been locked up for good! They totaled my console and dash to get a $25 radio. The radio was 4 years old nothing special new it only cost $145.
