welcome to the world of picking up lots of nice rocks and screws along with that traction.
if that's your daily driver, i'd say about 6 months if you visit the track a couple times with them.

I have the exact same tires, but 285/45/17's

The difference between these and "maypop" 245/50/16's is like night and day.

You never had Maypop brand tires on your ride? Maybe you're too "young" for those

When donuts are an addiction and cord is showing, your tires "may-pop" anytime soon.

What width is your footprint with a 285 and do you have to tub your wheel wells? I used to run a 255/45/16 BFG ubtil they stopped makin them. When I would hit a banked turn hard, they would occasionally rub. Just curious.

No tubbing req'd and I wouldn't do that to my ROC anyways

It's a WIDE footprint and hooks very well.
