I programed a prom with the apyn bin and 6e mask for my 86 tpi. It has a single fan. I set the fan to come on at 183* and off at 176*, but it comes on as soon as the engine is started and stays on...

According to Datamaster it is not going in to cloesd loop. It is reading the O2 sensor and seems to be fine. What else could it be?
