Yes, they are replacements from TDS. The powder actually provides a slicker surface for the nylon to slide on.

The silicone grease should keep your door/window from freezing. Make sure you cover all of the door and window seals.

MOAR! If you're still having issues apply more. Apply enough to cause the excess to transfer, then wipe clean the transfered grease.
