thanks .. yes it does help.. alot. how hard was it to change out the harness. how long did it take you to do..can the swap be done in a weekend or will it take a good bit or time?

start with the t-top seals and go from there. it is prob coming from less spots than you think. your headliner has a hard backing on it.once the water drips on to it , it flows all over. i had water...

i took each side loose first and put some rtv (black) under the hinges .. when you tighten them up it will fill the holes. i have not had any probs out of mine

i had the same prob with my t tops a few months back. take the headliner out.. and all the uper trim ... i sat in my car and had my wife spray it down with a hose that had a high pressure tip on it....

oh ... and be careful with some of the hoods on ebay. most of them are made really cheap and dont fit well. kinda thin on the fiberglass and warped , the tend to wana crack on you after having them...

its for my 86 . i got really lucky and found one on craigslist ... $60. and its a bolt on. the guy even gave me 2 hindges without the shocks. you can also look at summit racing . the have a lift off...

you can also get rid of the radiator catch tank on the pass side and replace it with a aftermarket . you can relocate it any where and they are smaller and look better. check summit , i think i got...

first off.. i am new and i have to say this place is awesome. now.. i have a 86 trans am i am puting a 4" cowl hood on it this weekend and want to put the bird back on it but i am not sure what to do...
