Wasn't a ride height problem per se- was that they weren't seating properly all the way in the pocket due to the new insulators. Flipping back to the old solved the issue.

Have a 91 RS w/the 305 and the steering has been ..well sloppy. Getting into a break upgrade, with some struts, mounts, etc - figured I'd replace the steering box.Not into rebuilding it....

Just checked for codes using the paperclip method - top right two terminals. Just constantly blinked 12 which leads me to think no codes are being thrown. Assuming that rules out the VSS?

So it's fixed, just not the way I'd prefer. Turns out the old switch popped on around 230. New one isn't till like 250 ish- the edge of the redline which I don't care for. Would not have even noticed...
