wiser words were never spoken. absolutely ANYTHING you take off the motor you should label. it makes reassembly so much easier its not even funny. masking tape and sharpie are your friends.

I just bought an 84 camaro 2.8l auto, with a bad starter, i replaced the starter already, but when i jump the solenoid, the starer spins, but the thing that pushes the starter gear...
