That seems odd to me.Why would they all fire at the same time.One cylinder would be on intake another on exhaust another on compression and another on power.Wouldn`t it make sense for them to fire...

If I had one I would aim it as close as possible to the temp sender in the head or where the CTS screws in.It may not give an exact reading but it may give an indiction how far out of whack the gauge...

Thanks for the info.I have a test lamp and DVM so I will check it out.I might even replace the sender to the gauge.It`s possible the sender is toast and the engine is not as hot as the gauge says.
