Instead of a decal, why not engrave the back after its painted and back light the design? if you use smoked plexi it will look all black when its not lit.

Price is going to be $55-$65 depending on where its listed.
Opening is just your standard 4" x 7" opening for the double din. Parts are machined per order so I can put an option for a custom opening...

I wish I was big enough to do a booth at sema, right now this is just a hobby done out of my garage. I'll just be attending and checking things out.
