ok so i was messing around today and i remembered that the fan kicks on when the AC is turned on. so i plugged up the connection and cranked it up and turned the AC on(that doesn't work, blower motor...

so i replaced all the radiator hoses in my 1984 camaro, filled it up with antifreeze and cranked it up, i let it idle for a while but then i realized that my fan wasn't turning on and the gauge on...

you could get one in better shape than that for less than $4300, but not with a 454 in it. i guess it also depends if it is going to be a daily driver or not, bc if so expect paying a good bit on gas...

maybe the engine is having to work harder with the a/c on so it isnt able to keep its force of staying in the same spot... just a thought and i dont mean force just you know what i mean, idk really...

thanks would it scratch any of the paint, it peeled off in some areas and there is only a little strip and would be near impossible to not hit the paint a little bit

if i remember correctly it will roll up to a certain point but not enough that it would be a tight fit, and if i yank on it instead of stopping in its place like it is supposed to do for safety it...

fixed it, turned out 2 of the contacts on the distributor cap were lose and rattling, not sure if it affected anything but replaced the rotor and cap and no more knock, but now im noticing my belt...

First it is not a iroc, iroc was 85-92. You just bought a 82 z28 more than likely. Second im pretty sure it came stock with a cat and also with a smog system
