Today I replace the cat because it was clogged but the fuel tank problem is still persistant. When the temperature goes up my fuel pump begans to make a loud whirling noise and shuts off.

I got another fuel pressure test done and it said 10 PSI. This will be my third fuel pump and strainer on the car. I don't know what do with it.

It's running rich and the timing was checked, but I haven't performed any of the other test you mentioned
