Rip the cage & rollers off one of your old carrier bearings, than flip it over. Place it on top of the new bearing, put your metal bar on top, and press away.

But as claimed earlier 420HP was peaked at 7000RPM's, which would mean the torque peaked somewhere around 5500, and at that would only have a max of 400. There's no way I misread that as being 400FP...
